Refunds for every Lumiri app are issued only by Apple. Use Settings → [your name] → Media & Purchases → Purchase History, or reportaproblem.apple.com.

Lumiri Todo
Where are my voice memos saved?
Everything you create in Lumiri Todo is stored only on your device — or in your private iCloud, if you turn on iCloud Sync (tap the gear in the app, then Data). To save or share a voice memo, tap its tile in the task, then the Share icon in the top right corner.
My tasks don’t show up on my other device
In Lumiri Todo tap the gear and, under Data, turn on iCloud Sync. Do it on every device — iPhone, iPad and Mac — because the switch works separately on each. All of them must be signed into the same Apple ID, with iCloud on. If sync is waiting, a short line under the switch says why — for example, full iCloud storage.
A reminder didn’t arrive
Reminders work on iPhone only. On iPhone go to Settings → Lumiri Todo → Notifications and allow notifications. If the phone was in Focus or Do Not Disturb, the system may have silenced the alert.
Calendar events don’t show
In the app open Settings → Calendar and turn on Show calendar events. For Apple Calendar, allow access in iPhone Settings → Lumiri Todo → Calendars. An external calendar needs a working .ics or webcal:// link.
Lumiri Todo is missing from the Share menu in Safari
On iPhone and iPad: in Safari tap the Share button. Swipe the row of app icons all the way to the end and tap More. Tap Edit in the top right corner, then the green plus next to Lumiri Todo — the app moves to Favorites. Tap Done.
On Mac: in Safari click the Share button and choose Edit Extensions… at the bottom of the menu. A list of extensions opens — tick Lumiri Todo there.
From then on Lumiri Todo is in the Share menu and you can send the open page straight to your list.
I can’t reorder tasks while a category is selected
You can change the order of tasks only in the full list. While a category is selected you see just some of your tasks, so dragging is turned off. Tap the selected category again — the list shows every task and you can drag each one to a new place again.
Lumiri Focus
No notification when a session ended
On iPhone go to Settings → Lumiri Focus → Notifications. Allow notifications. If the phone was in Focus or Do Not Disturb, the system may have silenced the alert.
